We are looking for a parental leave cover for Rates and Revenue Administrator role for 1 year fixed term to assist with:
- Preparing and processing rates rebates
- Responsible for completing the bank reconciliations accurately and promptly
- Notice of sales are processed accurately within agreed timeframe; Inquiries are accurately and clearly responded to in a fair and friendly manner.
- Provide cover for functions in the wider Revenue Team as required
- Contribute to the customer focused culture
The successful applicant for this position will ideally have well-developed customer service and communications skills. In addition to these skills, attention to detail, sound financial management skills and a strong sense of teamwork will be required to succeed in this role. A large part of this role will be working collaboratively across the organisation.
Demonstrated knowledge of finance and accounts receivable environment preferably with experience with computer-based property databases and/or experience with the Microsoft suite of software.
