Are you a passionate about building, testing and delivering Power BI solutions? Then we have a great contract opportunity for you that should not be missed.

You’ll be an integral part of the Insights team - responsible for ensuring that dashboards and reports as well as semantic layers and reporting tool data sets are design and build in a proficient manner.
You will also work with a collaborative team and be translating business and technical requirements into precise data models ensuring performance across the business is optimised.

**The Role**

You will be the key Power BI Engineer to own all phases of development setting the standard for data & the reporting tools to gear up for unprecedented growth. This means you will also be able to successfully work across the data modelling, ETL development and testing, quality control, semantic layer, data management and reporting, to database optimisation and administration.
- Proven track background and commercial experience as a Power BI expert (datasets, dax etc)
- Strong communications skills and previous experience working with cross-functional teams as well as challenging projects
- High knowledge of Power BI, report development techniques, DAX, Data Warehouse, SQL queries, ETL, Azure or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to compile and analyse performance data, develop reports and metrics for best decision-making.
