As a Product Development Technologist, you'll dive into client projects, creating innovative dry blended ingredients for various FMCG manufacturers. You will own your projects, unleash your creativity, and contribute to shaping the future of the food industry in New Zealand.

**What you will do**:

- Conduct product development for client projects.
- Create and test dry blended ingredients for FMCG manufacturers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovations into product development.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Degree in Food Science or Food Technology.
- Passion for food, flavors, and industry trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing preferred but not required.
