**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We sat down with our current Team Leader - Authority Migration, and they let us know the below about the role:
**This is an 18-month fixed-term full-time position.**

**What are some of the day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Screening of paper account authorities to ensure we meet our compliance obligations to applicable channels, legal and regulatory requirements in relation to account authorities.
- Engaging with our customers to enable the transition from paper to digital authority.
- Undertaking core migration activity, including digital onboarding, customer education, and customer data analysis

**What is your management style?**

I like to lead with a collaborative approach. The team is friendly, supportive and work closely with one another. We enjoy each other's company, offer and ask for help, and appreciate being part of each other's lives.

**What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?**

We are a project delivery team focused on migration of paper authorities to digital authorities remediating customers account operating authorities and creating a better customer experience. This role has a repetitive nature and requires someone with an eye for detail.

**What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?**

This role is suited to those who can think on their feet, have an inquisitive and innovative growth mindset, attention to details and time management. Key experiences for this role include:

- Experience in processing requests and providing advice to customers in relation to
- account operating authorities
- Experience in frontline banking, customer service, or the financial services industry
- Experience in high-level data analysis
