This is an excellent role for an skilled cook who
is looking to work with our team at Buller Hospital. In this role you will be
providing meals for patients with a variety of dietary requirements, completing
cleaning duties across the centre so you will be able to work carefully and
accurately.
This role is a casual on-call role, so exact hours
will be discussed at interview stage. Adaptability is essential as the

experience
In this position you will be responsible for
carrying out the general caf and cleaning duties which will include washing
dishes, preparing and presenting food. You will provide great customer service
to our tūroro (patients) and their whānau along with the responsibility of cash
handling.
Skills required for

**this role**:

- You will have good knowledge of food preparation and safe food

handling
- Hard working team player
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous
