**What will you be doing?**
We're looking for an Intermediate Design Engineer to join the team in Hastings, to deliver on current workload and help grow the business.

You will be working on a wide range of projects, designing roading, pedestrian walkways and cycleways, roundabouts or urban and rural safety improvements. You will be supporting Councils and local organisations to deliver their civil and transportation initiatives.

**What are we looking for?**
- A qualified Design Engineer (NZCE, NZDE, BEng Tech or similar) in the transportation or civil industry with 2+ years experience
- Exposure to design software e.g. **12d,** AutoCAD and 3D
- A sound understanding and passion for detailed design, along with design standards & guidelines
- Exposure to geometric design of rural realignments, safety projects and urban regeneration projects.
