**The opportunity**:
To own and co-ordinate all operational aspects, own overall Blueshirt performance, while driving retail excellence through the Galaxy Studios to ensure all objectives and targets are met.

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:

- Manage compliance with the “Samsung Galaxy Studio - Studio Standards Guideline” and “Operations Manual” packs, ensuring all elements of this are followed and staff are led by example.
- Responsible for Daily and Weekly Studio reporting (Daily Sales Reporting, Top Dawg, Weekly Studio Reporting, Weekly Studio Weeks of Stock and other required reporting)
- Functional management of Studio managers
- Ability to manage performance / disciplinary conversations and meetings, working with the Millennium Corp HR team to ensure company policies and guidelines are followed.
- Being prepared and attending weekly Samsung WIP meetings.
- Providing Go to Market stock reports to Samsung.
- Participating in external Samsung and Millennium Retail meetings - planning, strategy, insights etc.
