**Kaupapa **| Purpose**

You will join the People and Culture team at Wintec, Hamilton, where we have an empowering, high-trust team culture, committed to developing partnerships based on integrity.

You'll partner with your business leaders to get the best out of their teams, through coaching, development and performance management, where achieving our strategic goals will be your true measure of success.

You'll need personal qualities to work through adversity and the resilience to work through the challenges that come with taking people on the journey of change.

**In this role you will**:
Partner with managers and leaders to provide high quality service and reliable advice that supports the success of regional delivery, kaimahi (staff) and ākonga (learners).

Deliver frameworks, policies, and standards as developed through the People, Culture and Wellbeing communities of practice.

Be involved in PCW communities of practice contributing to the design and development of consistent, high-quality frameworks, policies, and standards.

The People Culture and Wellbeing team will together foster the development of values-based culture and aligned leadership within Te Pūkenga. Through our mahi (work), our People Culture and Wellbeing Strategy will ensure we have the people capability to deliver on our organisational strategy and Charter commitments.

Together we will create meaningful opportunities that enable kaimahi to be at their best both personally and professionally, so they gain in their own growth, as do we for our organisation and those we are here for.
