We are looking for an experience Water Maintenance Manager to join our 3 Waters team. In this role you will be responsible for the leadership and management of the water maintenance crews to ensure compliant and efficient delivery of works. This is role works in collaboration with our client, Hastings District Council. You will build and maintain honest and collaborative relationships with our client and all stakeholder groups.

In addition to the above you will:
- Responsible for compliance with all Fulton Hogan Living Safely, environmental, quality, and other corporate policies, and achieving agreed financial outcomes related to all water maintenance works- Lead an outstanding safety, environmental and quality culture in the water maintenance team- Build strong subcontractor and supplier relationships ensuring that all sub-contractors are inducted and managed in line with FH corporate procedures

We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant management experience within water engineering industry- Relevant Engineering Qualification i.e. Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, NZCE or relevant industry- Strong understanding of water hygiene practices to protect water supplies- Thorough understanding of water industry risks and safety procedures- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise to meet numerous and demanding deadlines- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships- Strong leadership skills and ability to develop a strong safety and quality culture in a team- Passionate about Health and Safety and the Environment- Current class 1 driver’s licence
