**About the role**

Due to some recent changes in our team, we have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join our Digital Technology & Information Management Leadership team as the Digital Security & Design Lead. The Digital Technology & Information Management Leadership team drives the strategy, direction, projects, and operations of our Digital Technology and Information Management.

Working as the Digital Security & Design Lead with the NZ Blood Service means that you will define and ensure compliance with digital design standards, internal and external digital security and digital risk requirements. You will be responsible for:

- Driving the Cybersecurity Strategy, direction, and outcomes on behalf of the Director - Digital Technology & Information Management
- Ensure digital design processes and collateral exist to drive consistent technology decisions

NZBS is a change focused organisation and there is a large involvement across many projects and initiatives and working with project teams is an essential part of the role. There is opportunity for further role related training to ensure that you can continue to grow in the role.

As the position is part of the Digital Technology & Information Management Lead Team you will be required to interact with other areas with the New Zealand Blood Service team and contribute to the leadership of the Digital Technology & Information Management directorate.

- Good knowledge of Digital Design, risk and cyber security

This reports to the Director - Digital Technology & Information Management, is a full-time position and is located in Auckland.
