We are looking for a Senior L&D Designer to join our team who has proven experience in designing and developing learning solutions that support our people to work effectively across a wide range of specialist and general roles.

**Key to your success will be the ability to**:

- Develop learning experiences that meet the learning and assessment needs of a culturally and skill based diverse business workforce
- Lead the implementation and evaluation methodologies in the context of business needs in a changing environment
- Embed Te Ao Maori and Te Reo Maori into learning design initiatives with support
- Work collaboratively as part a team in everything we do

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The mid point of the salary range for a Senior L&D Designer is $108,180 and the full range (85%-120%) is $91,953 - $129,816.
Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
