**Te āheinga: The opportunity**

Your role will be to process enrolments of domestic and international students into their respective classes. This is an integral frontline role, and you will be primarily working online. However, you may need to communicate with students directly on occasion.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

You'll have:

- An understanding or desire to learn te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of kaupapa Māori
- Evidence of active engagement in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces/environments
- High level of personal accountability and workflow management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Keen attention to detail to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple and changing demands effectively.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating capability in handling various administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to undertake planned and ad-hoc tasks across different academic support functions.
- Dedication to enhancing the student experience and supporting efforts to increase student enrollment.
