**Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role**

As a Tourism Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering excellent training to our akonga across our Tourism and International Flight Attending courses. You will be facilitating learning using existing curriculum and resources to deliver a great student experience and support them achieve their qualification. You will play a key role in helping them progress along their career path as they graduate to becoming the next generation of tourism industry professionals

You don’t necessarily need any experience in teaching, we will provide you with comprehensive learning, and support teaching tools to become successful in your trainer role.

**Ko wai koe | About you**
- Proven background in travel/tourism industry - ideally at least 4 years’ experience including at least 2 years at supervisory level.
- Background as a flight attendant (5+ years’ experience), advantageous but not essential.
- Diploma or degree in Tourism (or other related field) advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passionate and enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and fostering success
- Teaching experience advantageous but not a requirement
