**Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role**
You don’t necessarily need any experience in teaching, we will provide you with comprehensive learning, and support teaching tools to become successful in your trainer role.
In this role, you will be facilitating learning using existing curriculum and resources to deliver a great student experience and support them achieve their qualification. You will play a key role in helping them progress along their career path as they graduate to becoming the next generation of Industry professionals
**Ko wai koe | About you**
To be a Tourism Trainer you will need solid industry experience ideally at least 4 years including at least 2 years supervisory level. It would be advantageous if you had a diploma or degree in Tourism and/or a background as a flight attendant, however it isn’t a requirement.
