The role
Smartly recently launched a new product user interface, mobile app, and brand-new website - and there is more to come. We need more analytics superstars to help take our brand to the next level, help our customers and partners feel supported and help more Kiwi business owners find the simple way to sort their payroll.
We’re currently seeking an analytically minded, driven, Marketing Analytics co-ordinator who has a passion for working with data and a desire to expand their career in data analytics to join our Marketing team. You'll need to bring an obsession for data and a passion for problem solving, tinkering, and figuring out how things work.

**As part of the role, you will**:

- Provide Marketing campaign support including but not limited to pulling targeted data lists, marketing automation & post campaign reporting for continuous improvement
- Draw insights from customer and lead interactions and datasets to support wider business decisions
- Assist with the development and maintenance of regular reporting + provision of ad-hoc analyses to support growth and retention targets
- Contribute to effective data management practice within the Data Governance team

You will have a can-do attitude and be ready to jump in, work hard, share your knowledge, and be willing to learn from your other peers too.

**Requirements**:
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Skills and Experience
- A relevant analytical Business or Science degree
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised
- Confidence working in analytical tools (excel, power BI, SQL) is preferred

What you’ll need to bring
- A passion for using your reporting, data, and analysis skills to support Marketing and wider business decision making.
- A fast learner who is not afraid to think outside of the box and has a creative approach when it comes to problem solving.
- Highly organised and loves to plan ahead
- A team player, that loves working as part of the marketing team, and across cross-functional teams.
