Working as part of a dedicated team you will help us to deliver the Public Service Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work programme by providing quality advice to the government and agencies on the successful implementation of:
- Papa Pounamu, the Public Service Diversity and Inclusion work programme
- Kia Toipoto, closing gender, Māori, Pacific and Ethnic pay gaps to achieve the team's milestones and goals.
Your role includes supporting the provision of technically sound and practical advice on the drivers of diversity, equity and inclusion. You will undertake analysis and develop policy implementation options to support the successful delivery of the work programme. You will also have the ability to establish strong relationships across Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission and the wider public service as well with external parties.
This position usually pays between $103,200 to $125,700 depending on skills and experience.
