**Te āheinga: The opportunity**

As an Administrator in our Academic Registry and Graduation team, your role will involve coordinating and completing the necessary administrative tasks to ensure a seamless registration and graduation event for our learners. This will require you to have a keen eye for detail and thrive on working in Excel. Your strong organisational skills will enable you to work to a tight deadline and deliver a memorable graduation experience. In addition to this, you will be a strong team player providing support across our administrative functions and to our learners.

You'll have:

- An understanding or desire to learn te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of kaupapa Māori
- Evidence of active engagement in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces/environments
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and thrive in Excel, showcasing competence in data handling.
- Ability to maintain high levels of organization and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Exhibit sound interpersonal skills to effectively interact with applicants, students, academic staff, and families.
- Essential to be a great team player, contributing positively to a small, close-knit team environment.
- Deliver timely and efficient processing of administrative tasks, aligned with team goals.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver a quality experience for applicants and students and develop a network of contacts to support team operations.
