- 2 Elekta Linear Accelerators (including a brand new VersaHD)

We are seeking an experienced radiation oncology medical physicist to fill this senior role in our multi-disciplinary team based in Christchurch, New Zealand. Reporting to the Chief Physicist, this is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to bring their expertise and leadership to our team as we lead the way in cancer care in New Zealand. In addition to providing medical service support to the radiotherapy department on a day-to-day basis, you will take a leading role in the establishment of new techniques and protocols including for our new MRLinac, developing operational and quality assurance procedures, mentoring colleagues, and training our registrar.
