**About the opportunity | Te whai waahi**

Following an internal move, we have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Knowledge Specialist to join our high performing Global Service Excellence team. This rare opportunity will see you have active role in our journey to empower our People Leaders with knowledge and tools to self-serve their core P&C needs.

Reporting to the Global Service Excellence Manager, you will contribute to the global development and execution of ServiceNow as you develop and maintain relevant, customer centric content which is easy to navigate, simple and practical.

You will also get to:

- Maintain and govern the P&C ServiceNow Knowledge Framework, ensuring all content is regularly updated supporting a self-service experience
- Bring together and maintain a community of Knowledge Champions from across COE and BU P&C teams where you will upskill and empower Champions to take the lead on developing local and global content.
- Partner with ServiceNow P&C Product Owner to understand and utilise ServiceNow functionality to enhance the customer experience when accessing knowledge.
- Maintain a live catalogue of P&C knowledge items, regularly conducting audits to quality checks.

**About you | Moe koe**

Ideally with previous experience working within a People & Culture role supporting HR systems and business processes, you can demonstrate an understanding of P&C knowledge.

This highly collaborative role requires you to be a confident and clear communicator who can easily build and maintain stakeholder relationships on a global scale. With exceptional written communication and a ‘simplification’ mindset, you will keep the end user at heart as you will strive for continuous improvement on “making things easy”.
