**About the Position and You**:
**This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours across Monday to Friday.**
- Lead a diverse nursing team (Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Practice Care Assistants) for safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care.
- Manage recruitment, daily operations, collaborate with centre leadership, and develop care models for improved health outcomes and medical centre efficiency.
- Balance administrative duties with clinical responsibilities within the role.

Key attributes include:

- A current New Zealand practicing certificate and current CPR certificate
- Leadership and management aspirationsy
- Irevious primary practice experience is an advantage
- Your practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.
- Clinical experience and passion for, primary care and primary care nursing
- Proven quality improvement experience
- Postgraduate qualification is highly desirable
- Great communication skills at all levels
- Advanced computer skills
