This role is based in our Concepts team focused on the early-stage conceptual development of our future village masterplans and new building designs. As a Technician in our team, you will help to develop new design concepts and produce high-quality architectural documentation packages that meet our business requirements to support the development of building and villages design concepts, the production of resource consent submissions and the coordination of designs with consultants and key stakeholders.

Our Technicians are an integral part of our in-house Design team who manage our village projects across all design and construction phases, to create a thriving community for our residents. Future opportunities may also exist to contribute to other design and documentation stages.
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven work experience including resource consents, NZBC and 3604 residential standards is preferred
- Demonstratable proficiency in navigating, learning and using Revit. Other complimentary software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape would be advantageous
- An affinity to understand Summerset Values and the Summerset Way to improve the lives of our residents
- Proven ability to produce effective architectural documentation
