**Your new role.**

We are looking for an expereinced Graduate to join our Christchurch Office on a full time basis. Join us in the opportunity to work on some exciting and meaningful projects across a range of scales.
- Under direction, participate in entire project design phases of small to medium sized projects or a section of a large project from concept design to the construction phase.
- Collaborate with project team members and other consultants to ensure that ongoing works are consistent with delegated instruction.
- Develop concepts using freehand sketch, presentation packages and documentation tools.

**About you**
You will have ambition, drive, and an appetite for success in spades. In addition, you will possess the following:

- A relevant tertiary level architectural qualification with 2 + years post-graduate experience
- Experience working on large scale residential and / or commercial projects within NZ.
- Have a good passion and understanding of sustainable building design and green building rating systems, ideally with relevant accreditation in Passive house, Greenstar or Homestar etc.
- Proficiency in Revit and Sketchup
- Experience in adobe suite (Photoshop, Indesign etc.) and Enscape will be an advantage
- A good working knowledge and understanding of the NZ building codes and standards
- Experience in dealing with resource consent and building consent documentation and procedures
- Good understanding of construction techniques, detailing and building materials
- The ability to develop elements of design from concept sketch to detailed models/drawings
- Strong ability to communicate with team members
- Have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work efficiency
- Resilient, pragmatic, and positive can-do attitude with a sense of pride in your work
- Great problem-solving skills, with a good ability to work independently and as part of teams with a clear drive for results to achieve project outcomes
- Continuous learner who is passionate about property development, architecture, and the building industry
