**Shared Services Data Entry & Payables Administrator - Green Cross Health**
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry and Payment Administrator to join our high performing finance team within our Shared Services function. In joining our team you will play an important role in delivering payment services to our group.
**Your responsibilities in this role will include**:
- Accurate high-volume data entry
- Processing monthly and weekly payments as required
- Responding to queries from suppliers and other stakeholders
- Accurate completion of reporting as required
- Being proactive and thinking outside the box
- Actively contribute to our team culture and performance

**This is a Permanent Full-time position working Monday to Friday.**
**Do you have what we are looking for?**
- 2+ years experience in a large complex NZ business
- 2+ years experience in a high volume data entry role
- Experience in Accounts Payable/Supplier reconciliation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- System savvy - Intermediate Excel a must, previous use of Xero a bonus
- A strong customer service focus
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
