Reporting into the Managing Director, you’ll provide strategic leadership to both your team and customers including Woolworths NZ and The Warehouse Limited. You will be accountable for the delivery of sustainable and profitable growth, and along with your NZ leadership team peers, partner with your customers to deliver best in class growth and service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to grow your career as a key member of the leadership team of this dynamic, market leading business.

**What you will bring**

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

- At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG industry
- Demonstrable experience in senior account management including Joint Business Planning and P&L management
- Experience in a sales leadership role, leading a team with a track record of performance
- Strong knowledge of NZ grocery retailers, their operating models and performance drivers
- Experience in, or a broad understanding of, category management, field sales and supply chain is beneficial
- Enterprise thinking, bold leadership, the ability to communicate clearly, and comfort in ambiguity
- Agility, drive and customer focus, while providing clear direction to internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, and agility to learn new systems
