Vitality Works is an innovative, leading, health and wellness company, who provide a full spectrum of workplace health services across New Zealand and Australia.

We are seeking an administrator who is has an up-to-date CPR (first aid) certificate _(or able to complete a self-paid course before March 21st)_ to help with the smooth running of our workplace flu vaccination clinics for 2025.

We need a “people person”, with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service and administration.

You'll be going to workplaces and meeting and greeting employees who are receiving a vaccination, ensuring their details are entered into our platform (via a tablet) and that they have consented to the vaccine. You will monitor people for their 5-20 minute wait time post vaccination, and in the unlikely event of an adverse reaction, assist the nurse with providing emergency care.

During busy clinics, one person is vaccinated every 2.5 minutes, so you must be able to multi-task and work well under time pressure.

This is a fixed term, casual role, Monday - Friday (generally within 7.30am-5:30pm), running from April to end of May. Hours will vary each week, depending on demand. You will typically know your roster at least 2-weeks in advance. We ideally would like someone for a minimum of 3-days a week.

Having access to a car is a must. Parking is always provided/reimbursed.

To be considered for this role you will need:

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Calm under pressure
- Comfortable with basic data entry using a tablet
- A current first aid certificate including CPR training_ (or able to complete a course before March 21st)_
- Tidy personal presentation (a uniform polo shirt is provided)
- Access to a vehicle, with a current clean Full or Restricted NZ Drivers License
