Are you a Senior Physiotherapist looking for the next step? Or are you a Physiotherapist already in leadership or management and looking to make the move to the Waitematā District? If that is you, we have a fantastic fixed-term role until 22nd October available for you to consider.

As the Clinical Leader for the community Physiotherapy team at Waitematā, you will provide day to day leadership and support to physiotherapy staff. As part of your role you will provide clinical support, which could entail triage, teaching, training, completing audits or providing assessment and treatment to patients. The role includes day to day management of staff and resource, ensuring quality service provision, supporting professional development and involvement in quality work.

You will join a fantastic and supportive team of clinical leaders across allied health. You will work closely with the Team Managers and the Professional Clinical Leader to resource, develop and manage your team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality patient care and improving patient pathways.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Physiotherapist with at least 5 years’ experience in a professional/clinical role
- 2 years’ experience in a senior leadership position
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to be flexible and work across sites
