**The Role**

Our commercial team is growing and we’re now looking for an Associate Solicitor / Senior Solicitor, to join our team. This is a great position for someone who has experience and knowledge in Commercial Law. You will be working closely with our team on small to medium business transactions and general commercial drafting. This will include drafting and reviewing all commercial and business sale and purchase agreements, stepping through conditions of sale and purchase settlements while providing legal advice throughout the entire end-to-end process. You will also be responsible for reviewing and overseeing the execution of bank loans and other business-related documents.

This is a busy and unique role that will require you to hold a relevant Tertiary Qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the commercial sector. You will have a structured approach to tasks, are professional and have a client-first mentality to ensure you establish and maintain effective relationships with an open-minded approach to solving problems.
