The Port of Auckland is presently engaged in a comprehensive upgrade of the Port terminal operating system across the entire site. We are seeking skilled learning professionals to assist in facilitating change by providing training to our staff. We have an opening for an experienced Learning Advisor to join our Learning and Development team on a fixed-term, 12-month contract.

**ABOUT THE ROLE | Te tūranga mahi**

This position will be responsible for the following:

- Conducting analysis to understand training needs of the business:

- Work with different areas of the port to understand how N4 (Terminal Operating System) is utilised and build a training matrix/structure as a solution.
- Implementing learning solutions that are cost effective and use various training mediums:

- Build e-learnings or face to face training agenda depending on the need.
- Facilitating face to face trainings to help upskill and reskill employees.
- Managing working relationships with SMEs and liaise with stakeholders about updates and progress of deliverables.

**ABOUT YOU | Ko wai koe**

With experience in Learning and Development you will be confident at:

- Coaching and facilitation
- Designing and implementing complex learning solutions
- Producing quality outputs within a specified timeframe

**WHAT YOU NEED | Ngā pūkenga me whēako**
- At least 3 years in Learning and Development
- Industry recognised qualification in Adult Learning would be preferrable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of different learning styles, adult learning and learning principles
- Previous Port experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
