**About the Role**:
Are you experienced in health administration, have exceptional organisational skills and enjoy working within a passionate and driven multi-disciplinary team?

We are looking for two people to job share a 1.0 FTE for the Faster Cancer Treatment and Multi-Disciplinary Meeting pathway coordinator role. This is an essential administrative role in the organisation, supporting activities relating to the Faster Cancer Health target as well as responsibility for the coordination of cancer multi-disciplinary meetings.

This is a technical and busy role. You will feel comfortable with data entry and learning technical requirements and business rules. You will be able to work to strict timeframes, using your effective time management and prioritisation skills. A key attribute is your positive attitude and being confident working within a multidisciplinary team.

The Oncology team at Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital is a dedicated and dynamic group of healthcare professionals committed to delivering high-quality care to patients and whānau facing cancer diagnoses. **About you**:

- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
- Administrative Excellence, You have proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in health, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex schedules and competing deadlines.
- Organisational Skills, You thrive under pressure and excel at prioritising tasks, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.
- Collaboration, You’re a team player who works well with others in a multidisciplinary environment. You value input from colleagues and are comfortable supporting and being supported by others.

- Healthcare Knowledge, Familiarity with the health sector, particularly in oncology or cancer services, is advantageous but not essential.
