**Company Description**
illion is the leading independent provider of trusted data and analytics products and services in Australia and New Zealand. illion leverages its consumer and commercial credit registries to provide end-to-end customer management solutions to clients in the financial services, telecommunications, utilities and government sectors.

This role is expected to take on the design, development, and maintenance and provide assistance with the support of illion's Tenderlink product.
**Job Description** The value-add things you’ll be doing**

Analysis and Development
- Preparing and maintaining systems and program documentation
- Assist in problem determination and resolution
- Work with the business analysts to evaluate possible solutions, and refine the business and technical requirements
- Ensure that solutions are developed within agreed time frames and to the agreed scope such that business requirements are met
- Develop solutions that meet the security and privacy standards

Operations Support
- Exhibiting strong customer and service orientation
- Working across teams and functions to ensure the ongoing health and performance of IT systems are maintained and enhanced
- Consistently responding rapidly to high severity systems problems; resolving them quickly and effective
- Effectively communicate across all levels of the organisation

**Qualifications** Key skills and attributes that will set you up for success**
- 3-5 years of experience in Programming and Applications Design, coupled with tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Developed knowledge of Jade or Object Orientated analysis and design
- Developed skills and knowledge of one of the major relational database packages such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL or DB2
- Ability to understand the essential needs of users and meet these in well designed programs
- Experience in component and assembly testing
- In depth knowledge of the SDLC
- Knowledge of common debugging techniques
- A tertiary degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Experience in planning and estimating personal work effort
