Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? Nelson’s top-performing centre city hotel is on the hunt for a Front Office Manager to join their senior management team.

As the Front Office Manager, you will lead the front desk and reservations team with the support of your duty managers to create unforgettable experiences for the hotel’s guests and conference clients. You will oversee reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, manage guest inquiries and complaints, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing the Front office and reservation team and ensuring that the operation runs effectively.
- Training and Development of team members
- Scheduling and managing shifts.
- Job performance evaluations of the team

**HOURS**:40

**SALARY**:$70,000 to $75,000

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years FO Duty Manager or Assistant Manager
- Front Office.
- Flexibility to work across the week & public holidays.
- Willingness to be hands-on in operation.
- Ability to oversee the Reservations department.
