Job Description - Front-line Administrator

**Job summary**
With over fifty years as a locally owned and operated fuel and lubricant distributor, NPD has a reputation for delivering quality service and products to customers throughout the South Island. Our front-line super star is moving to Wellington, so we are looking for her replacement to work alongside our busy Administrators at our Head Office, proudly situated in Richmond. This role is a permanent full-time (40 hours per week), reporting to the Business Support Manager and helps our team support: - our growing customer base, - other teams within the company and - the wider business focuses for the future.

**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:

- Having an excellent calm helpful phone manner - The ability to multi-task and work within a team - Naturally be an organised, methodically minded person that loves numbers, processes and/or systems - Possess accurate data entry skills - Basic-Intermediate level proficiency using MS Office Products, particularly Excel, and some basic experience with navigating various software or database systems. - Ideally you would have one-two years’ experience in an office environment to succeed and be happy in this role however there is wide scope to learn and develop an accounts or administration career, with a lot of support from a diverse team
**Key Skills Needed**:
