We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring CNE with experience in clinical teaching and professional development to join our Christchurch team.

In this role you are required to lead professional development of the clinical team, ensuring safe service delivery that is responsive to patient needs and supported by nursing skills, knowledge, and professional judgement. In collaboration with other senior leaders, you will actively support staff to continuously improve and strive for high performance.

To be successful you will need:

- To be a Registered Nurse with Nursing Council of NZ, and hold a current APC
- Post-graduate qualification in nursing and/or adult teaching
- Ability to think critically, problem solve and navigate challenges
- Growth mindset and the ability to embrace change and diversity
- High performing team member
- Ability to influence, inspire, motivate and empower others to reach their potential
- Digital literacy
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in delivering clinical teaching, professional development and learning activities to a high standard
