**To join our league of extraordinary marketers, you’ll need**:

- 5+ years in senior marketing management roles, ideally within a similar industry.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business and/or relevant technical speciality experience.
- Experience in team leadership within tourism type businesses or a similar sector.
- Strong marketing experience, including measurement of performance, meeting targets, KPIs, deadlines, budgets and the P and L
- Experience working in technology-enabled businesses where there is a focus on digital marketing and customer experience strategies.
- Experience in leading effective people and teamS
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, growth and innovation in a complex industry environment.
