Your unique contribution

Working as part of our awesome New Zealand Customer Solutions Team to provide a high level of service, effectively managing relationships and expectations of PRW customers and internal stakeholders.

The Customer Solutions team is an integral part of the PRW Supply Chain function, working closely with our Australian counterparts.

The role reports to the Customer Solutions Team Leader. This is a great opportunity to join a global company, not only with a portfolio of iconic brands, but with a leadership team who drive the agenda on career development, empowering you to reach your full potential.

You will add value to the team through:
- Processing orders on time and in full, managing and resolving customer queries and issues, ensuring ownership of problems- Managing issues relating to logistics and transport- Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure resolutions are sourced, keeping internal and external customers aware of progress- Coordinate own priorities to ensure timelines are met and KPIs achieved- Manage and resolve customer issues effectively and to meet deadlines, escalating problems in a timely manner- Develop relationships with customers to ensure the maximisation of the National Customer Service Team to increase the quality, breadth and frequency of customer contact, and to increase sales and brand awareness through both inbound and outbound customer contact- Support effective relationships with our Third-Party Logistics and Transport providers, ensuring customer’s delivery expectations are maintained.- Effectively be able to troubleshoot issues with various ecommerce platforms.

- You are an established & passionate customer service ambassador, having successfully held a position within a complex customer service environment preferably within FMCG- Knowledge in both traditional customer service and ecommerce business practices will be highly regarded- You are tech savvy, with a curious nature. You embrace digital ways of working and excited by new challenges. Experience with ecommerce platforms an advantage.- You have a proven ability to multi-task, proactively take initiatives and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, you are naturally a “go-to” kind of person, with a positive attitude- You have a creative approach to problem solving- You are excellent at building relationships
