The Content Development Associate works within the wider Tutoring team to develop and create materials for Crimson tutors to enhance our students’ learning experience and improve outcomes.

This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.

**What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
- Development of curriculum materials, including, but not limited to, classroom slides, homework assignments, quizzes and assessments, additional practice sets and teaching guides
- Maintaining published materials, ensuring that they are ready for classroom use

**What success looks like**:

- Completing assigned material sets on time and adhering to quality standards around accuracy and formatting
- Ensuring that tutors receive communications about new materials and provide training on material usage when necessary
- Suggesting improvements to content to boost student engagement and improve outcomes

**What skills and experience are required?**
- Experience working on detailed projects
- Analytical mindset for continuous improvement
- Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience (preferably high school aged students)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office or other word processing/design software
Previous content or curriculum development experience a plus
