**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Providing an excellent customer experience to both internal and external customers
- Up sell and cross sell in order to add value to each customer
- Data entry of information regarding customer queries
- Managing network or power related issues
- Handling end of day reconciliation enquiries
- Providing information to potential customers who are interested in learning more about company services

**Location**: Auckland CBD

**Days/ Hours**: Monday - Friday rostered between 8am - 7pm. You will be guaranteed 30 hours per week during the training period and gradually increase to up to 40 hours per week depending on business needs.

**About You**:To be successful you will need to have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, being a team player is key Contact centre experience is preferred but equally open to a customer service background with the right attitude.
- Have proven customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment
- Have a strong customer focus and the ability to deliver timely solutions based on the needs of the customer
- Be technically savvy and able to use multiple systems to solve the customer query
- Be proactive, take initiative at work, are personable and fun to be around
