Mō te tūnga | About the role
The Caregiver Recruitment and Support (CGRS) team are responsible for ensuring that tamariki are provided with stable and loving homes, and we are fully committed to delivering excellence in the caregiver journey.
As Caregiver Recruitment and Support Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high performing caregiver centric team to deliver high quality recruitment and support services to our caregivers. You will be able to work collaboratively across service lines to achieve best outcomes for tamariki and caregiving whanau.
You will utilise your leadership skills to provide support for kaimahi and manage quality assurance, risk and budgets.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

**Key requirements of the role include**:

- A tertiary business qualification and/or equivalent relevant experience is essential. A social work qualification is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in leading high performing teams and managing service delivery operations
- Experience in business planning, financial management, resource allocation and performance monitoring processes
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Ability to work in collaborative peer and other stakeholder relationships, and able to negotiate and influence action
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and the ability to positively influence others
- Customer centricity
- Understanding and consideration of cross-cultural issues and concerns, in particular, knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture
- Experience working with, and commitment to, improving outcomes for Māori
- A clean and current NZ drivers license (occassional travel required)

We are open to flexible work locations between Bay of Plenty / Waikato and Tāmaki Makaurau / Te Tai Tokerau
