**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head FP&A, Pacific you as Finance Business Partner - Operations NZ will pro vi d e s u p p o r t to t he N ew Z ea l and O pe r a t i ons team by mon i t o ring and a n a l y s ing p e r f o r m a n c e by l o c a t i o n and f un c t i on.
- Key Responsibilities will include: _
- Providing profit & loss reporting and analytical support and advice to the business to assist in the development and achievement of revenue opportunities and process/cost efficiencies.
- Key contributor in the preparation and reporting of our actual month end and year end results including Key stats, as well as our annual business plan and quarterly forecasting.
- Proactively identifying continuous improvement and efficiency opportunities within the business.
- Use data and analysis to drive positive change throughout the business.
- Mentor and develop analysts both within the Finance team and partnered within the organisation.
- Train and support users in new processes/technology including Oracle, BI tools, Tableau
- Involvement with ad-hoc projects as required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Completed Business related University degree and accredited CPA/CA
- Experience within a large company with multi-sites and busy finance team
- Strong technical / analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with both financial and non-financial business partners.
- High degree of initiative in seeking solutions
- Experience in the use of MS Excel
