**The Opportunity**
Are you the key link between our sales team, customers and other key partners?
This is a pivotal role that requires an order management specialist, where accurate and efficient order entry is key. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and the support you provide will be varied and complex; ranging from managing sales orders, working with vendors and freight forwarders to supporting our sales teams with quotes and customer support.
**The Fit**
This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer focused and likes to work in a fast - paced environment with customer satisfaction being at the forefront of what you do. You’ll need to be computer proficient in this role, a good communicator, have good attention to detail and the ability to multitask. As part of a team you will need to be cool, calm and collected in all forms of contact including New Zealand and Australian 0800 phone lines support.
We require a highly organised team member who can work under strict deadlines, is not averse to change and is a lateral thinker with high attention to detail. You will have previous experience in customer service, order processing and Supply Chain knowledge is an advantage. Your numerical & systems ability and communication skills will be first class. Ideally, you’ll be familiar with SAP ERP/CRM, manufacturing and operations, and some knowledge of export logistics would be advantageous. More importantly you will bring a high degree of energy, flexibility, enthusiasm, and commitment to learn.
