This role reports directly to the **Operations Manager** and four direct reports, so strong leadership is a must, in this role you will be working a **Sunday-Thursday** **(45 hours/Per Week).**

The main responsibility of this role is to promote & maintain the highest level of staff awareness in relation to store security through monitoring and mentoring a Loss Prevention programme with Management & staff, you will:

- Assist staff in monitoring their departments in order to prevent theft and/or loss;
- Maintain company security procedures and processes;
- Ensure all supporting documentation is recorded, completed, and processed, with a high level of accuracy;
- Approach work with the highest regard for honesty and integrity.
- A confident, friendly and approachable attitude when dealing with internal and external customers;
- Strong Leadership skills
- A focus on maintaining Health and Safety expectations of yourself and others within the store;
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills (previous experience with CCTV, would be an advantage);
- The physical capability to manage the manual handling requirements of the role;
- A full, clean NZ driver’s license;
- Previous experience in a loss prevention/security role, preferably within a busy retail environment would be an advantage.
