Our client is looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage an end-to-end portfolio of all their salaried roles including professional, technical and management positions. This is a fast-moving kiwi-owned business in the utility industry, they are looking for a seasoned recruiter who can work at pace within a group of experienced Recruiters; this is a well-oiled team, with a great culture.

This is a
**fixed-term contract for 12 months** (maternity leave cover) so you will need to be able to hit the ground running. You will need previous agency or in-house experience and be great at juggling competing demands. This is based in modern offices in East Tamaki, there is also plenty of work-from-home flexibility on offer.

**The main duties of the role include**:

- Facilitate and support hiring managers with interviews and the selection process
- Utilise your knowledge in developing sourcing strategies for attracting talent that aligns with the business needs
- Attendance at recruitment events to increase awareness of our industry and business

**To be successful**:

- 3+ years of agency or in-house recruitment experience and preferably some experience in a blue-collar environment
- Great communicator with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Have a car and either a restricted or full driver’s license
