**Job Description** We are looking for a Gardener to join our Summerset Avonhead village on a casual contract basis**

This role is busy and diverse, assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day garden maintenance activities. Therefore, you will need to be organised and efficient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in service.

**This is a casual contract, working on an 'if and when required' basis.**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring well maintained, beautiful gardens and landscapes
- Ensuring the buildings, grounds and amenities are kept clean and tidy for residents, families and staff to enjoy
- Working with the Property Manager & Village Manager to plan, manage and report on work plans and budgets
- Maintaining a professional, friendly and welcoming appearance and manner for all residents & families

**Qualifications** About You**:
Ideally you will have gardening or landscaping experience. But more important to us will be your genuine passion for creating great environments and love for all kinds of people from all walks of life.

- Excellent time-management to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- A good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in service
- Great organizational skills and efficiency
- Experience in creating and maintain great gardens, domestically or commercially
