JOB TITLE: Gardening Estimator & Project Coordinator
LOCATION: Hybrid work location between home & office is available.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for gardening and landscaping? We are seeking a skilled Estimator & Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting and coordinating gardening projects, liaising with clients, team members, and contractors to ensure seamless execution. Your goal will be to align all activities with company targets and uphold our high standards for quality and timeliness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Job Pricing: Evaluate gardening projects to provide accurate cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate all aspects of gardening projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and contractor management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Gardening Maintenance Team and Client Services to gather project information and ensure accurate evaluations.
- Accuracy and Documentation: Maintain systematic documentation of pricing quotes and project details for reference and reporting.
- Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Conduct warm and cold calls to generate new leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
- Compliance and Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all pricing-related information and client details.
