**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**

The projects you will be working across are critical and complex, with a key role focus on working with clients to define requirements, understand risk and safety, and deliver programs of work in a collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to work across an end-to-end project life cycle with a focus on delivering client outcomes, building effective relationships and understanding the key commercial drivers across technology and software development, guiding projects to profitability while developing a culture of innovation.

- You will look to celebrate the differences within the people and teams you work with, and support an inclusive and caring culture within the workplace
- Professional body membership and/or accreditation, such as INCOSE, IMarEST, IET, RAeS, or ENZ would be beneficial, progressing towards or holding chartered status
