We have an exciting new position for a Complaints Co-ordinator to join our Hospital Group. The Hospital Group is responsible for acute, medical and surgical services within the Hawke's Bay Hospital and clinical support functions such as Pharmacy, Laboratory and Radiology services.
The role will provide support to clinicians and managers within the Hospital Group. It is a full-time position to provide co-ordination of feedback received from consumers and whanau about their care and experiences.
We are looking for someone with high attention to detail who is competent using computer systems and software. Being able to prioritise effectively and be comfortable working to deadlines is a priority.
You'll need to be self-motivated and results driven as well as enjoy working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. You'll have a passion for making a difference to our patients and whānau and be able to recognise the needs, aims and aspirations of whānau from all culturally diverse groups within our community.
We are ideally looking for someone with a clinical background who wishes to undertake a more administrative role but remains working part of a multidisciplinary team. It's essential that you're able to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information, and have a strong attention to detail.
