A chance to provide generalist People & Culture and Recruitment support and coordination to ensure that the Alliance P&C team and the Eastern Busway Alliance achieves its project objectives, deliverables and milestones. This includes the support to Eastern Busway Alliance Leaders, partner organisation stakeholders and HR Teams.

This is a full-time role based in Pakuranga offering some hybrid working, car parking, and opportunity to develop your HR skills and experience. You will be employed by Fletcher Construction and be embedded into the Alliance team.

**What you’ll get involved in**:

- Managing a variety of recruitment activities, including recruitment authorities, position descriptions, resourcing coordination with Alliance partners and other activities that emerge as the project progresses and ensuring that resourcing is undertaken in an efficient, effective, and equitable manner.
- Coordinate effective onboarding and offboarding of Alliance staff into the project and maintain the project’s workforce plan and org charts.
- Management and maintenance of Alliance People & Culture HRIS - Employment Hero, ensuring all information is captured and reported on accurately, and working proactively with Alliance Managers and Alliance Partners for data management and sharing.
- Supporting Alliance leaders and staff with People and Culture related queries in a timely manner.
- Provide administration / coordination support to the People & Culture Alliance team across a range of generalist activities.

**About you**:

- Previous experience as an HR Coordinator or Advisor (e.g. HRIS Management, Recruitment, Policy development, P&C. Onboarding Experience of working on in construction) and experience in construction or engineering preferrable.
- Tertiary qualification or undertaking tertiary study in HR or related field or qualified by experience.
- Experience building and maintaining proactive and effective relationships across an organisation, including at leadership team level.

**The Eastern Busway is about creating more lifestyle and climate friendly travel options for the growing East Auckland community. The project benefits and outcomes include**:

- 5km of 2 Lane Busway = reliable 40 min trip for customers between Botany and Britomart;
- 12km of walking and cycling facilities = safe and accessible transport options;
- Urban integration and sustainable land use = additional housing uplift through land use change, increase in land value and uplift in population growth;
- Public transport mode share increase = 7% to 25% by 2028;
- Reeves Road Flyover = Reduced Congestion around Pakuranga town centre;
- 2 premium and 3 intermediate bus stations = high quality facilities for customers;
- Access to high quality rapid transit = 24,000 more people within 1km walking distance;
- Public transport trip increase = 3,700 to 18,000 per day.

The Pakuranga to Botany section of the busway is being delivered by the Eastern Busway Alliance. The Alliance is made up of Auckland Transport, Fletcher Construction, Acciona, AECOM and Jacobs, with staff from each of the five organisations forming an integrated team.
