**Position: Senior Warehouse Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate stock counts and proper storage.
- Optimize warehouse layout and implement efficient storage solutions to maximize space utilization.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of goods.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain high standards.
- Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies that arise in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and software to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze data for process improvement.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Assistant or similar role, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software for inventory control and reporting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Having a Forklift Osh would be ideal but not essential.
