**Job Description**:
Checkouts:
In this role you will be responsible for making sure our customers receive fast service at the checkout and that they feel valued. You'll like working in a fast-paced environment and getting the job done without compromising service standards.

Position 1:

- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 1:30pm - 5:30pm

Position 2:

- Friday - 12pm - 4pm and Saturday - 11am - 4pm

Position 3:

- Sunday - 2pm-6pm and Monday - 8am-12pm (Midday)

Customer Service:
As well as assisting our customers with their inquiries, you will process returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. You will also support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help support and supervise the Checkout area as required.

Position 1:

- Saturday - 4pm - 8pm

Position 2:

- Sunday - 8am - 4pm

Position 3:

- Tuesday - 4pm - 8pm

Position 4:

- Thursday - 4pm - 8pm

**Qualifications**:
It would be beneficial if you had some experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, but it's not essential. Good communication skills are required, and a positive attitude is a must. Additionally, you should be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
