**About the Role**

Are you passionate about creating outdoor spaces and leading a dedicated team to success?

Our current foreperson has been with us for 5+ years and is moving on to pastures a new (excuse the pun), so we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Team Leader to join one of the best teams at Citycare Property You will be a key point of contact for our crews and transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary spaces, and your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to take our projects to new heights.

**Requirements**:
The successful applicant will have:

- Horticulture Level 4 or Growsafe qualifications (desired but not essential).
- Proven experience in landscaping, specifically in a leadership role.
- Stong knowledge of horticulture, plant materials and landscape techniques.
- A reliable and positive person with a great attitude (a must).
- Passionate about their work.
- A great attitude and commitment towards Health & Safety, which encourages inclusion and compliance.
- A strong work ethic and great communication skills.
